  6.                License Agreement
  7.                to all Shareware vendors
  8.  
  9.  1. STARFIRE should only be distributed under the following license
  10.     agreements. If you as an end-user notice that one or more terms
  11.     are not being met, please inform us. This is the only way that
  12.     shareware will work *for you* in the future.
  13.  
  14.  2. This license agreement is obligatory for anyone who is copying
  15.     and/or distributing STARFIRE for any kind of fee. Other agreements
  16.     must be verified with a written contract from SLS.
  17.  
  18.  3. All vendors or dealers are allowed to copy this program, if the
  19.     following terms are all met:

  21.  4. You charge no more than  AUD$ 5.--, US$5, #5, or DM5.--
  22.     It is regardless of whether you revalue the product in any other
  23.     way. The price for the end-user must not be more than these amounts.

  25.  5. You must tell the user that payment is only for your copying costs, and
  26.     they must pay the registration fee if they continue to use the program.
  27.     The registration for this program is AUD$30, US$25, #23.50 or DM48.
  28.  
  29.  6. No files are allowed to be deleted, added or changed except small start-
  30.     up files.
  31.  
  32.  7. If you receive a self-extracting archive, you are not allowed to change
  33.     the intro screen in any way.
  34.  
  35.  8. STARFIRE must be the only program on the media. Bundling in any form
  36.     is forbidden, especially CDs or HD bundlings, or any other medium
  37.     where it's possible to keep more than one file. If you're interested
  38.     in such bundling, please contact SLS, or one of our publishers, and
  39.     we will try to help you.

  41.  9. BBS's are allowed to distribute STARFIRE, and are allowed to charge
  42.     fees for their BBS, as long as no special fee is charged for STARFIRE.
  43.  
  44. 10. This license agreement must be part of any version of this program,
  45.     regardless of whether it is the German or English version.
  46.  
  47. 11. Anyone selling STARFIRE in a retail setting (stores, flea markets,
  48.     trade shows) must first obtain permission from Silver Lightning Software,
  49.     or one of our publishers, before distribution will be allowed. This does
  50.     not include mail order sales.
  51.  
  52. 12. Anyone using or displaying STARFIRE in a retail setting, unless strictly
  53.     for the purpose of selling the shareware or registered versions of
  54.     STARFIRE, must purchase the retail version before using it. This includes
  55.     sales of computer hardware.
  56.  
  57. 13. SLS is allowed to revoke or change this license agreement at any time.
